Position overview:
The Training Developer will be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering training programs and instructional materials to support employee learning and development. The role requires collaboration with managers, stakeholders, and subject matter experts to identify training needs and create effective learning solutions.
Note:
This position will heavily utilize Microsoft PowerPoint and SharePoint. Strong experience with both is required.

Major job responsibilities
- Conduct training needs analysis and identify learning objectives.
- Develop training curricula, presentations, manuals, e-learning modules, and assessments.
- Create engaging, clear, and learner-friendly instructional content.
- Apply instructional design principles to training materials.
- Facilitate in-person, virtual, e-learning, and on-the-job training.
- Develop assessments and evaluate training effectiveness.
- Collect learner and stakeholder feedback and improve training programs.
- Use LMS and e-learning tools to deliver and track training.
- Customize training programs for different audiences and skill levels.
- Ensure training materials meet regulatory and industry requirements.
- Monitor learner progress and performance.
- Manage training resources, materials, equipment, and schedules.Maintain accurate training records, attendance, and assessment results.
- Communicate training schedules, requirements, and updates to stakeholders.
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Instructional Design, Human Resources, or a related field preferred.
- Experience in instructional design and curriculum development.
- Advanced Microsoft PowerPoint skills – Required.
- Experience with LMS platforms and e-learning tools.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong presentation and facilitation skills.
- Ability to adapt training to different learning styles.
- Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and time management.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Preferred skills
- Adult learning and instructional design principles.
- E-learning and virtual training development.
- LMS experience.
