Job summary

Salesforce Sites is seeking a Training Department Tech Support team member to enable presenters to run high quality in-person, virtual, and hybrid training events, with emphasis on Zoom, Google Suite, and video support.

You will assist with adapting materials for asynchronous eLearning, troubleshoot tech issues, and help with logistics for training sessions, contributing to a smooth learning experience for participants and staff.

Position Summary

Provides technical support for in-person, virtual, & hybrid training events.

Position Responsibilities

• Enable presenters to produce highly interactive, professional training events through use of Zoom, Google Suite (Meet, Slides, Classroom, Trello, etc.), Canva, video editing, A/V support, etc.
• Assist in adapting training materials to an asynchronous eLearning platform (Articulate, Reach 360)
• Provide assistance for technology issues in the Training Department
• Assist department staff in preparing logistics for training events
• Other job-related duties as assigned by supervisor
