Job summary

SkyWest is seeking a Training Coordinator at our St. George, UT headquarters. You will schedule and support pilot training, coordinating instructors, classrooms, and training devices while learning SkyWest operations.

You’ll manage travel and lodging for sessions, track progress in Excel, and communicate with Instructors, Pilot Records, and Flight Operations Managers. The role is full-time, on-site with a four 10-hour shift schedule.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in MS Office including Outlook, Excel, Word, Teams.
• Strong data entry and computer skills.
• Exceptional customer service skills, written and verbal.
• Some flexibility in schedule to assist and work overtime to meet deadlines.
• Manage multiple tasks while maintaining focus and detail.
• Self‑starter and motivated team player.
• Critical thinking skills for adapting to changing environments and processes.
• Work well with others as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and support the pilot new‑hire and routine training process.
• Build training schedules for tracking and managing classroom sessions and training devices.
• Maintain communication with Instructors, Pilot Records, as well as Flight Operations Managers and Supervisors.
• Plan travel arrangements and lodging for training sessions as needed.
• Maintain reports and documentation in Excel and other programs.
