Job summary

ShipMonk Louisville is seeking a Training Coordinator to ensure world-class onboarding and ongoing training across Operations, HR, and other teams. You will facilitate new-hire orientations, coordinate training events across key stakeholder groups, revise procedures, and ensure adherence to training processes.

A successful candidate will have hands-on training execution, content creation, and a track record of improving operational metrics, while also supporting safety, quality, and productivity

Qualifications

• Hands-on training execution experience and content creation.
• Experience collaborating with Operations and HR to improve processes.
• Strong communication skills and ability to translate requirements into training materials.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate new-hire orientations and coordinate training events.
• Revise, improve, and standardize job-specific procedures.
• Support site training initiatives and ambassador programs.
• Manage training requests and ensure timely completion.
• Develop and track effectiveness of training programs and onboarding.
• Identify skill gaps and promote ongoing development.
