Job summary

ALLCPR, a network delivering CPR and emergency training across the U.S., seeks a Regional Business Development Specialist to advance partnerships and expand training programs in assigned regions and international communities.

You will identify local partners, support new training locations, recruit and onboard instructors, and coordinate regional programs to promote community health and public-service impact.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent education or professional experience.
• Current students seeking CPT or OPT opportunities are welcome to apply.
• Strong communication, relationship-building, and project coordination skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple regional projects.
• Experience in education, community outreach, partnership development, international programs, or training operations is preferred.
• English proficiency is required; Chinese, Spanish, or other language skills are a plus.
• Ability to communicate effectively across different cultures and time zones.

Responsibilities

• Identify and contact schools, clinics, businesses, nonprofit organizations, and community centers.
• Introduce ALLCPR's training, community outreach, and partnership programs.
• Support partner onboarding, orientation, and required documentation.
• Maintain relationships with local and international partner organizations.
• Assist with identifying and evaluating potential training locations.
• Coordinate site information, operational requirements, timelines, and readiness checks.
• Support communication among local partners, instructors, and ALLCPR internal teams.
• Help ensure new locations follow approved procedures and training standards.
• Track contacts, meetings, new partners, training locations, and regional progress.
• Prepare basic regional performance and community-impact reports.
• Coordinate with Channel Operations, Marketing, Training Services, and Quality Assurance teams.
