Job summary

Brightli is seeking a Program Coordinator in Missouri to lead and coordinate service delivery for individuals receiving home and community-based supports. You will oversee ISPs, monitor quality, and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to promote independence and community involvement.

The role emphasizes mentorship of staff, on-call readiness, and strong documentation practices to ensure person-centered care.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university required.
• Relevant Developmental Disabilities experience may substitute education on a year-for-year basis.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate development, implementation, and monitoring of ISPs to achieve measurable outcomes.
• Support individuals in achieving personal goals while promoting independence and community participation.
• Lead, mentor, supervise, and evaluate staff including Community Service Managers and Direct Support Staff.
• Collaborate with nurses, families, and stakeholders to ensure quality care and services.
• Monitor health, safety, and well-being through site visits and oversight.
• Coordinate medical services and wellness initiatives, including medications oversight and treatment compliance.
• Ensure staff training and up-to-date knowledge of individual support plans and expectations.
• Review records, therapy documentation, and service documentation for accuracy and compliance.
• Conduct audits and quality reviews, and manage records and budgets within systems.
