The purpose of the Training Coordinator is to coordinate within the Technical Services and Training Division for planning and implementing in-person and virtual training courses designed to facilitate nondiscriminatory practices within the work environment in affirmative action, equal employment opportunity, and other civil rights laws. The Training Coordinator will research, develop, and coordinate all employment training the division conducts, and will provide planning and consultation with the Division's supervisor to meet agency goals, objectives, and values related to complex employment discrimination matters based on South Carolina Human Affairs Law.
A bachelor's degree and relevant professional experience related to the position.
