Pay Range: $38-40/hr

Job Description

The main function of a Project Lead is to coordinate and support projects by managing schedules, tracking deliverables, facilitating communication, and helping ensure project objectives are achieved.

A typical Project Lead is responsible for coordinating activities across multiple teams, monitoring project progress, identifying risks, and providing project updates to stakeholders.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and status reports.
  • Coordinate project activities across multiple teams and stakeholders.
  • Track project milestones, deliverables, and action items.
  • Facilitate project meetings and communicate status updates.
  • Identify risks, issues, and potential roadblocks.
  • Support implementation of project objectives and business initiatives.
  • Maintain project documentation and records.
  • Support continuous improvement efforts and process enhancements.
Position's Contributions to Work Group:

The main function of a Project Lead is to support business initiatives through project coordination, planning, communication, and execution.

This role helps ensure projects remain on schedule, stakeholders stay aligned, and business objectives are achieved.

Works closely with Learning & Development team members, business partners, subject matter experts, and project stakeholders to support various workforce development and business initiatives.

Purpose of This Team:

The team is responsible for developing and implementing solutions that improve workforce capability, support employee development, and align training initiatives with business needs.

Typical task breakdown:
  • Develop and maintain project schedules and plans.
  • Coordinate activities with stakeholders and team members.
  • Facilitate meetings and track action items.
  • Monitor project milestones and deliverables.
  • Prepare project updates and status reports.
  • Work closely with project stakeholders, team members, business partners, and leadership.
  • Coordinate efforts across multiple functions to support project goals.
Team Structure
  • Reports to the Learning & Development Manager.
  • Works closely with Curriculum Developers, Lead Trainers, and Training Specialists.
  • Partners with business stakeholders and subject matter experts to support project objectives.
Work environment:
  • Manufacturing facility environment. Incumbent will work closely with Learning & Development team members, operations personnel, and business partners.
  • Position requires regular collaboration in both office and production settings to support project activities and business initiatives.
Performance indicators Education & Experience Required:
  • Years of experience: 2-4 years of project coordination, project management, or related experience preferred.
  • Degree requirement: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience required.
