  • Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field is required or strongly preferred.
  • 3–5 years of experience in Talent Management, Learning & Development, HR, Organizational Development or related areas.
  • Hands-on experience coordinating multiple training events simultaneously in a corporate setting.
  • Proficiency with MS Office and ability to manage and maintain data accuracy.
  • Experience in learning operations, leadership development or organizational capability-building practices is a plus.
  • Must be able to speak, read and write English at a sufficient level.

Job description

The Talent Coordinator provides administrative support within the Human Resources department of the organization. Their primary duties include assisting with the learning process, helping to create and schedule employee training, entering employee records into the LMS database and creating regular reports and presentations on Learning metrics. The Talent Coordinator is expected to competently complete a large variety of administrative tasks, they must have a good foundation in general education, excellent computer skills and previous experience of office work. This role partners with business leaders, HR stakeholders, and external vendors to drive learning program execution, ensure LMS governance and data integrity, enhance the learner experience, and provide actionable insights through learning analytics.

Qualifications

  • MS Office proficiency; with the ability to manage and maintain data accuracy
  • Hands-on experience coordinating multiple training events simultaneously in a corporate setting ensuring accuracy and timely execution in a fast-paced environment
  • Spreadsheet preparation and tracking skills
  • Calendar Scheduling experience and understanding of talent management, leadership development, learning operations, and organizational capability-building practices
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, Psychology, Education or related field; Preferred: HR specialization, HR certificate
  • Must be able to speak, read and write English at a sufficient level
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision
  • 3-5 years of experience in Talent Management, Learning & Development, Human Resources, Organizational Development or related areas equivalent experience
