Join a leading company as a Training Coordinator, responsible for ensuring employees have the necessary skills to meet quality standards. You will manage training programs, onboard new hires, and support workforce development in a warehouse environment. The role requires strong communication skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
In this role, you’ll be responsible for ensuring all employees have the right skills and knowledge to execute their tasks with the highest quality standards to meet customer expectations. You’ll also support activities such as onboarding new hires, updating work instructions, hosting training sessions, and conducting effectiveness checks of training.
The department requires PPE, including safety shoes and vests on the production floor.
The expected hourly rate is $26-$30, with overtime pay and possible premiums depending on location. Compensation is based on experience, skills, and education.
