Job Description

In this role, you’ll be responsible for ensuring all employees have the right skills and knowledge to execute their tasks with the highest quality standards to meet customer expectations. You’ll also support activities such as onboarding new hires, updating work instructions, hosting training sessions, and conducting effectiveness checks of training.

What will you do?
  • Upskill and reskill the current workforce
  • Conduct and track training through Schneider's digital platforms
  • Administer and execute mandatory learning requirements: planning, scheduling, coordination, follow-up, reminders, roster submission
  • Manage digital tools: oversee eVersatility employee entries, record management, and MLL roster entries
  • Onboard and train new hires
  • Assist with hourly employee connectivity issues, connect new hires to Self Service and Learning Corner, submit learning rosters, and report on MLL completion status
  • Certify trainers

  • High school diploma
  • Ability to operate forklifts and warehouse equipment safely
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Motivated, self-directed, able to work in diverse teams
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel)
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively, including training schedules
  • Preferred: training experience and 1-3 years warehouse experience
Our basic requirements

The department requires PPE, including safety shoes and vests on the production floor.

  • Work is performed in a warehouse environment with prolonged standing required.
Compensation and Benefits

The expected hourly rate is $26-$30, with overtime pay and possible premiums depending on location. Compensation is based on experience, skills, and education.
