Job description

In this role, you’ll be responsible for ensuring all employees have the right skills and knowledge to execute their tasks with the highest quality standards to meet customer expectations. You’ll also support activities such as onboarding new hires, updating work instructions, hosting training sessions, and conducting effectiveness checks of training.

What will you do?

1. Upskill and reskill the current workforce
2. Conduct and track training through Schneider's digital platforms
3. Administer and execute mandatory learning requirements: planning, scheduling, coordination, follow-up, reminders, and roster submission
4. Assist in managing digital tools for employee records and roster entries
5. Manage new hire onboarding and training
6. Assist with connectivity/resource issue resolution for hourly employees, connecting new hires to self-service tools, and reporting on training completion
7. Certify trainers

What skills and capabilities will make you successful?

• High school diploma
• Ability to operate forklifts and warehouse equipment safely

• Proficient in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel)

• Preferred: training experience and 1-3 years warehouse experience

Our basic requirements

The department requires PPE, including safety shoes and vests on the production floor.

• Work performed in a warehouse environment with prolonged standing required.

Additional Information

Expected compensation range is $26-$30 per hour, with overtime and premium pay depending on location.
