A leading company in energy management and automation is seeking a Training Coordinator to enhance workforce skills and manage training programs. Responsibilities include onboarding new hires, conducting training sessions, and ensuring compliance with mandatory learning requirements. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and a high school diploma, with preferred experience in warehouse settings.
In this role, you’ll be responsible for ensuring all employees have the right skills and knowledge to execute their tasks with the highest quality standards to meet customer expectations. You’ll also support activities such as onboarding new hires, updating work instructions, hosting training sessions, and conducting effectiveness checks of training.
The department requires PPE, including safety shoes and vests on the production floor.
