Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; Associate degree preferred (Recent college graduates are encouraged to apply).
• 1–3 years of experience in training, documentation, administrative support, business operations, or related field.
• Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams.
• Ability to organize complex information into clear, user-friendly materials.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Experience with SharePoint, document management systems, and Learning Management Systems (LMS) preferred.
• Ability to work collaboratively with business and technical teams in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop training materials and conduct/present end-user training.
