Keystone Advisors in Houston seeks a Training & Compliance Specialist to elevate employee performance by shaping onboarding and ongoing development. You will partner with leadership to identify training needs, design programs, and ensure employees understand and follow policies, procedures, regulatory requirements, and contractual obligations.

This role supports compliance monitoring, audits, policy development, and corrective action initiatives while helping keep business operations aligned

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Insurance industry and/or compliance experience preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong presentation, facilitation, and public speaking skills.

Mansioni

• Develop and maintain training programs and curriculum for onboarding and ongoing employee development.
• Collaborate with managers to identify training needs and schedule sessions.
• Monitor employee performance and training effectiveness through assessments and metrics.
• Coordinate training sessions with internal and external carriers and partners.
• Create and distribute training materials such as presentations and job aids.
• Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, regulatory requirements, and contractual obligations.
