Job summary

Keystone is seeking a Senior Associate to support Learning & Development and Performance initiatives. You will help deliver Keystone University training, orientation, onboarding, and performance programs while coordinating with HR, IT, Facilities, and business leaders.

This hands-on role requires strong project management, stakeholder engagement, and the ability to turn data into practical improvements. A compensation package includes a discretionary bonus and competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in talent, learning and development, HR, program management, or related fields.
• Proactive, resourceful, energetic with initiative to carry work across the finish line.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with ability to tailor messages for different audiences.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate multiple initiatives from planning through execution with clear work plans and owners.
• Provide logistical and operational support for live, virtual, and hybrid programs.
• Lead onboarding planning to ensure a welcoming, cohesive employee experience.
• Develop tools, templates, dashboards, and reports to measure program impact.
• Draft clear communications and coordinate with stakeholders across functions.
