Job summary

Centerra Group in Texas is seeking a Training Manager to lead the development, implementation, and ongoing management of a comprehensive training program for Security Protective Officers across the contract. This role ensures officers are trained, certified, and qualified in accordance with contract requirements and regulatory standards.

The position supports enterprise-wide training strategy, coordinates with the Corporate Academy and external vendors, and requires strong leadership,

Qualifications

• 5+ years of training experience in security or related fields.
• Instructor certifications in First Aid, CPR, AED, Firearms, Defensive Tactics, Baton, and OC Spray.
• Strong organizational and documentation skills.
• Proficient with Office suite and training systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and management of the training program for all SPOs across the contract.
• Develop, maintain, and implement the Contractor Training Plan for compliance and readiness.
• Create and manage a master training calendar and an enterprise-wide tracking system.
• Participate in quarterly Program Management Reviews with leadership, providing training updates.
• Maintain oversight of training, compliance, and certification across sites.
