Job description

Pay Range: $75 - $79/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).

Key Responsibilities:

1. Support the buildout and execution of the training function within the Enterprise Change and Transformation Office.
2. Collaborate with teams in quality, methodology, risk, and governance to develop training content for technology change.
3. Develop training content and communications for the ECTO buildout.
4. Create clear and effective training packages that promote understanding of processes, procedures, and activities.
5. Develop communications tailored for targeted audiences.

Key Requirements and Technology Experience:

1. Skills in training content development, consulting, project management, or training; experience in the Financial Services industry preferred.
2. Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent education and work experience.
3. 5-7 years of progressive experience in consulting, project management, or training roles.
4. Understanding of project management frameworks and methodologies.
5. Strong skills in training content creation, facilitation, and professional writing.
6. Experience developing training for large stakeholder groups on processes, standards, and operational plans.
7. Excellent communication, negotiation, and time management skills.
8. Ability to manage time effectively, delegate tasks, and solve problems efficiently.
9. Team player capable of content development and identifying improvement opportunities.
10. Experience in the Financial Services industry or agency experience.
