Compensation: Equity-based until portfolio asset capitalization; $150K + thereafter

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the develop and execution of comprehensive marketing strategies to elevate Lionchase's brand presence.
• Leverage digital marketing tools and platforms to drive engagement and reach target audiences.
• Collaborate with portfolio companies to support their marketing efforts and align strategies.
• Monitor market trends and adjust strategies to capitalize on emerging opportunities.
• Assist in the management of marketing campaigns.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• Proven experience in digital marketing, preferably within the private equity or startup sectors.
• Strong understanding of branding, content creation, and social media engagement.

Compensation

This is an equity-based position. A salaried compensation package will be offered upon the successful capitalization of portfolio assets.
