Qualifications

• 5-7 ans d'expérience dans un rôle lié à la formation ou à la gestion de projet.

Job description

**Work from home but must live in Charlotte, Raleigh, Greensboro, Winston-Salem, NC or Atlanta, GA**

Title: Training Communication Program Content Creator

Duration: 6 months

Location: Able to work remotely up to 5 days per week/see locations above

Type: Direct on W2 contract, paid for hours worked, benefit options, free training resources

Hours: Monday-Friday 8 AM - 5 PM EST

Estimated Start Date: 6/30 or 7/7

Responsibilities:

• This role serves to support the buildout and execution of the training function within the Enterprise Change and Transformation Office.
• Collaborate regularly with others in quality, methodology, risk and governance to develop a training content for technology change.
• Collaborate with team members to develop training content and communications for the ECTO buildout
• Create clear and effective training packages that promote a common understanding of processes, procedures and activities
• Develop communications appropriate for targeted audiences.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, or an equivalent combination of education and work experience
• 5-7 years progressive related experience in either a consulting, project management, or training related role
• Understanding of project management framework and methodologies
• Highly developed training content creation, facilitation and professional writing skills
• Experience in developing training content for large groups of stakeholders on processes, standards and operational plans
• The ability to communicate with and influence others, conduct difficult negotiations and manage to stringent timelines for deliverables
• Demonstrated ability to effectively manage time, delegate and problem-solve
• Demonstrated team player who can efficiently develop content and identify opportunities to enhance outcomes
• Preferred: Experience in financial services or agency experience
