Job Title: Part-Time Content Creator & Distributor
Organization: Venture 1:9 / www.venture19.org
Location: Preferred in AZ; remote with availability for in-person team meetings and events
Position Type: Part-Time / 10-12 hours per week
Position Duration: 6-month position, June 30 – December 31, 2025
Compensation: Competitive hourly rate based on experience

Venture 1:9 is seeking a creative and passionate Content Creator & Distributor to amplify our reach and share our Christ-centered content with both our existing community and new audiences.

Position Overview
The Part-Time Content Creator & Distributor will play a pivotal role in expanding Venture 1:9’s reach by transforming existing and future content into engaging, multi-format materials. This role will focus on creating and distributing video snapshots, published articles, podcast sessions, social media content, and print and video stories, all to foster peer-to-peer learning and future impact. The position aims to deepen engagement within the Venture 1:9 community while serving and blessing other ministries by raising awareness of our free services.

Key Responsibilities

• Content Creation (60%)

• Develop compelling, Christ-centered content derived from Venture 1:9’s workshops, coaching sessions, and other resources. (See Position Overview)
• Collaborate with Venture 1:9 leadership to ensure all content aligns with brand voice, mission, and theological soundness.

• Content Distribution & Engagement (30%)

• Curate and schedule social media posts across platforms to maximize engagement and reach; engage with online audiences.
• Share content with external ministries, Christian publications, and partner organizations to broaden Venture 1:9’s reach and impact.
• Monitor and report basic analytics (e.g., views, shares, engagement rates) to assess content performance and inform future strategies.
• Promote and reflect the organization’s faith and values through communication.

• Collaboration & Strategy (10%)

• Work closely with Venture 1:9’s leadership team to brainstorm content ideas, collaboratively create content, and to develop a monthly content calendar.
• Stay updated on digital media trends, Christian content platforms, and best practices to ensure Venture 1:9 remains relevant and impactful.
• Maintain availability for in-person team meetings and training events, to aid in content creation.
