Job summary

Kearney & Company is seeking a PMO / Integrated Master Scheduler to support a major Department of the Navy financial management transformation. The role focuses on delivering an enterprise OneStream-based budget formulation capability across Navy Budget Submitting Offices, coordinating across multiple workstreams, and ensuring schedule integrity and risk management.

The ideal candidate brings 9+ years in federal scheduling, PMP, advanced MS Project, and the ability to be onsite 2-3 days weekly

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, business management or related field
• 9+ years of relevant experience
• Experience managing integrated schedules for large federal programs
• PMP Certification
• Advanced Microsoft Project or comparable scheduling-tool experience
• Experience with dependency, milestone, critical-path, and resource analysis
• Strong written and oral communication skills
• Active Secret Clearance (or higher) and US citizenship
• Onsite 2-3 days/week in Alexandria, VA and Washington, DC

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and elaborate the program Integrated Master Schedule
• Integrate schedules across functional, technical, data, security, testing, training, and deployment
• Identify critical-path activities and schedule dependencies
• Maintain risk, issue, action, decision, and dependency tracking
• Support monthly program management reporting and contractual deliverables
• Perform schedule analysis and identify milestone impacts
• Develop recovery scenarios and schedule mitigation recommendations
• Coordinate schedule inputs across Kearney, subcontractors, Government stakeholders, and BSO workstreams
• Support staffing and resource forecasting
