Job summary

Klingberg Family Centers seeks a Nexus Professional Development Center Coordinator in New Britain, CT. This full-time role under the VP for Strategic Development oversees business development, sales, and operational coordination of external training activities, builds relationships with trainers and organizations, markets training spaces, coordinates scheduling, and supports revenue growth.

Qualifications

• Five years of relevant work experience; strong communication and organizational skills.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Experience in business development, meetings management, and client relations.

Responsibilities

• Market and promote the Nexus Professional Development Center to external trainers and organizations.
• Coordinate all aspects of trainings, room setup, technology, food, and materials.
• Build relationships with trainers and organizations to encourage repeat business.
• Prepare quotes, rental agreements, invoices, and monitor payments.
• Track revenue, utilization, and registrations for training programs.
