KidStrong is seeking a General Manager for our New Jersey/CT/NY region. You will lead a center, oversee sales, operations and coaching, and drive member growth with a hands-on leadership style.

This role requires 1–3+ years in management or operations, a passion for kids and athletics, and weekend availability. Training, advancement and competitive compensation are offered. Comprehensive training, uncapped earning potential, and clear career progression accompany the role.

Qualificações

• 1–3+ years of experience in management, sales, customer service, or operations.
• Background in children’s programming, fitness, education, or athletics is a plus.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills required.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and manage a team to create a positive, energetic, and successful environment for coaches and members.
• Oversee sales, operations, and customer experience to drive growth and retention.
• Work closely with the Assistant GM to ensure smooth center operations.
• Engage with the community and grow class sizes through scheduling and marketing strategies.
• Lead from the front by coaching 3–5 classes per week.
• Recruit, hire, and train new coaches while ensuring program excellence.
• Maintain a clean, organized facility with a "roll up your sleeves" mentality.
