Job summary

Nexus Family Healing is seeking a Training Coordinator for our Youth Psychiatric Residential Treatment facility in East Bethel, MN. The role centers on creating and delivering onsite training, onboarding new staff, and maintaining training records to ensure compliance and growth.

The position is full-time and onsite at 900 189th Ave NE, East Bethel, MN 55011, with a pay range of $27-30 per hour and a comprehensive benefits package including PTO, health coverage, life and disability insurance,

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field preferred.
• 3+ years in mental health/child welfare or training/development experience preferred.
• Must have valid driver’s license and be willing to meet state driving requirements.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates, schedules, and delivers New Employee Orientation for all new hires.
• Maintains training records and ensures compliance reporting.
• Supports Employee Mentoring Program and on-the-job development.
• Ensures compliance with licensing, accreditation standards, HIPAA, and internal policies.
