Job summary

You will handle check-ins, answer inquiries, schedule issues, and maintain confidentiality while delivering a positive, professional experience. Responsibilities include coordinating lab activities, proctoring live online sessions, and assisting with troubleshooting computer equipment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED, or related customer service experience.
• Ability to understand, read, write, and speak English; Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Check-in students and assist with class rosters.
• Answer phone calls and help customers with questions.
• Prepare and sanitize training areas; monitor labs.
• Proctor live online exams and verify identification.
• Troubleshoot computers and assist with course navigation.
