Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required with customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to read, write, and speak English; Spanish helpful.

Responsibilities

• Answer phone calls and help customers with questions or concerns
• Assist with scheduling issues and inquiries
• Maintain confidentiality of student information and provide professional service
• Set up and break down instructor-led courses
• Monitor labs and ensure testing integrity and security
• Provide technical assistance for course navigation and login processes
