Established in 1969, Liberty International is the oldest US organization promoting libertarianism worldwide. With a presence in 27 countries, our mission is to bring liberty to every corner of the world by sharing the philosophy and benefits of freedom, with a particular emphasis on educating newcomers.

We spread liberty and foster a global network of freedom champions, empowering them to become change agents in their own countries.

The Role: Trainings & Education

We are seeking a proactive, highly organized and communicative Trainings Associate to join our team. You will work closely with department leads, international speakers and program participants to support the coordination, development and delivery of our educational programs and training initiatives.

If you share our commitment to the principles of freedom, communicate exceptionally well in English and thrive on continuous learning and hands‑on responsibility, we would love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities
  • Training program logistics: Assist in the end-to-end administration of online courses, workshops and educational cohorts, ensuring smooth operations for both instructors and participants.
  • Content and communications: Draft, proofread and prepare course materials, participant communications, email announcements and social media content in clear, engaging English.
  • Participant and alumni engagement: Facilitate participant onboarding, respond to inquiries, monitor group discussions and ensure an excellent learning experience throughout each program, then follow up with alumni afterwards.
  • Website support: Help build engaging web pages that promote our courses and initiatives.
  • Process support and improvement: Document training workflows, refine program structures and take ownership of specific operational responsibilities as the department grows.

The ideal candidate combines strong communication skills with genuine alignment to our mission and the discipline to manage many moving parts at once.

  • Language proficiency: Full professional proficiency in English, with outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
  • Value alignment: Alignment with liberty-oriented ideas, classical liberal philosophy and the mission of Liberty International.
  • Communication and interpersonal skills: Confidence and professionalism when liaising with international speakers, scholars and high‑profile partners.
  • Growth mindset: Strong curiosity, adaptability and an eagerness to take ownership of specialized tasks and learn new tools quickly.
  • Organization and attention to detail: Excellent time management, the ability to track multiple deadlines, and rigorous precision in written communication and logistics.
  • Digital literacy: High proficiency in G‑Suite (Google Docs, Sheets, Drive and Gmail) and comfort learning new platforms and software.
  • Remote work capability: Proven ability to work independently, with an entrepreneurial mindset, in an international remote team.
  • Connectivity: A reliable internet connection.
Compensation & Engagement

The selected candidate will receive a monthly compensation of USD 400.

The role begins with an initial three (3) month contract, with the possibility of extension to a full-year contract based on performance and mutual fit.
