Job summary

PaulB Hardware in Lititz, PA, is seeking a Training Assistant to support the training coordinator by creating, reviewing, and organizing training resources for customer service associates. This role also involves assisting with administrative tasks for PaulB Hardware.

The position offers on-the-job training and exposure to a fast-paced, community-focused team environment. Training resources will be updated regularly to ensure accurate, up-to-date material.

Qualifications

• Experience creating, reviewing, and organizing SOP documentation.
• Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) administration.
• Ability to organize training resources (videos, presentations, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Create, review, and organize the Company's SOP (Standard Operating Procedures) database.
• Assist in controlling and managing the Company's LMS (Learning Management System).
• Keep training resources (videos, powerpoints, etc.) up to date.

The main objective of the training assistant is to support the training coordinator in creating, reviewing, and organizing training resources to equip our customer service associates. The training assistant will also support PaulB Hardware in administrative tasks as needed.
