Pollo Regio Corporate Office is seeking an entry-level Learning & Development candidate to help establish a learning culture and support organizational training plans. The role involves administering the LMS, content creation, and assisting with voice-overs and webinars.

The position is full-time (Mon-Fri) with a salary range of $20–$21 per hour. Strong English/Spanish communication, Microsoft Office skills, and a background in learning content development are desired.

Qualifications

• Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite and content creation能力.
• Keen aptitude in producing engaging learning content and instructional materials.
• Willingness to assist with voice-overs, webinars and voice content for training.
• Excellent verbal, written communication and interpersonal skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Support the Training Specialist by collaborating with the Restaurant Operations team to identify training requirements and tailor modules.
• Administer and develop the LMS platform based on the training plan for the target employee group.
• Create training module content and ensure timely delivery through the LMS.
• Proofread and ensure timely delivery of training modules; track effectiveness of training.
• Record and edit audio files for training modules and voice-overs; research useful resources for module creation.

Position - Entry Level
Type - Full Time (Monday - Friday)

Job Role

• Support the Training Specialist in collaborating with the Restaurant Operations team to understand training requirements and analyze these to tailor instructional modules relevant to the industry and the organizations vision.
• Administer and develop the LMS platform based on the training plan for the target group of employees.
• Content creation of training modules.
• Proof-read and ensure timely delivery of the training modules through LMS platform.
• Assist in tracking the efficiency of the training modules.
• Record and edit audio files for training modules voice-over.
• Continuous overseeing and being open to researching various online resources apt for planning and creation of modules.

Requirements

• Excellent computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite and designing platforms.
• Keen aptitude in creating learning content.
• Previous experience in preparing presentations, webinars, training modules is a plus.
• Must be willing to assist in providing voice-overs, webinars etc. for training purposes.
• Excellent verbal, written communication and interpersonal skills.
• Bilingual - English / Spanish.
• Bachelors /Associate Degree in learning and development or similar.
