Job summary

Nbutexas, based in Minnesota, is seeking a Training Coordinator to design and implement hospitality training programs. You will create engaging materials, support leadership with accurate content, and help pilots while refining modules based on feedback.

The role requires excellent writing skills, strong analytical abilities, and the ability to manage LMS-enabled training records, with occasional evenings or weekends as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience developing and writing training materials.
• Prior restaurant management in full-service dining is required.
• Strong writing and communication skills.
• Analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team with flexible evenings/weekends.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
• Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Conduct training needs assessments to identify knowledge and skill gaps.
• Develop and write engaging training materials, including presentations, handouts, e-learning modules, and other resources.
• Collaborate with the Leadership Team to ensure training content is accurate and up to date.
• Partner with the Director of Operations to deliver pilot programs and refine materials based on feedback.
• Observe employees applying learned skills in the field and provide feedback for continuous improvement.
• Maintain and update training records and documentation.
• Stay current on industry trends and best practices in learning and development.
