Job summary

Protolabs in Maple Plain, MN, is seeking a Training Specialist to develop and deliver training programs enabling adoption of new processes and tools. You will partner with Rev Ops, L&D, and Tech Leads to design materials, deliver sessions, and track adoption within the Customer Success Organization.

You will coordinate schedules, measure training impact, and communicate updates while identifying improvements. A Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years in training and development are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• 3+ years in training, learning and development, or related roles.
• Strong presentation, facilitation and communication skills.
• Ability to influence stakeholders and manage multiple priorities.
