Agiliti is seeking an Learning & Development Specialist to design and deliver training across a dispersed workforce from Eden Prairie, MN. You will collaborate with SMEs and stakeholders to apply adult learning theory and agile design principles.

The role includes developing eLearning, instructor-led, and blended training while leveraging multimedia, graphics, and job aids to improve performance and ensure content stays current.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years instructional design experience.
• Minimum of 3 years applying an agile development model.
• Experience with eLearning development and emerging training technologies.
• Minimum of 3–5 years of project management experience preferred.
• Experience working with LMS; Cornerstone preferred.

Responsibilities

• Apply an agile instructional design model and adult learning theory to design and develop learning solutions for a dispersed workforce.
• Select training media methods including eLearning, simulations, mobile, and blended learning to suit diverse learners.
• Collaboratively develop and implement strategic training roadmaps with leaders and SMEs.
