Qualifications

• 3+ years as a corporate trainer or educator
• Strong instructional design and understanding of adult learning
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Ability to move fast and adapt to change
• Experience with LMS and Microsoft Office
• Collaborative, drama-free and results-driven attitude

Responsibilities

• Build DebtBlue's training function from the ground up, covering onboarding, skills, and leadership development
• Design and deliver training in Trainual and in person
• Introduce new tools and AI to training creation and delivery
• Apply adult learning theory to create engaging training materials
• Shape and scale the training department as it grows
