Role: Training and Development Specialist
Reports to: Sr. Director, Learning and Organizational Development
Location: Remote within the U.S.; Federal Way, WA considered for hybrid
Number of Direct Reports: 0
Required Experience: Bachelor's degree in Organizational Development (OD) or related field. Requires 8 years of work experience with 3-5 years in leadership development. Must have experience with curriculum design, proven track record of delivering engaging training and facilitating groups in online, hybrid and in person contexts.
Work Authorization:Must be authorized to work in the U.S.A. for any employer.
Travel: Up to 10% of time in the U.S.
Estimated Salary Range: $75,220 - $90,900.

The Job
World Vision is looking for a Training & Development Specialist to join the People and Culture Division of World Vision USA. As an independent professional, you will serve on the Leadership and Organizational Development Team as the L&D point of contact for all leadership training at World Vision US. This individual will work with internal leaders and external vendors to customize and contextualize materials, deliver training, and lead groups/cohorts to apply learning.

As a L&D professional in People and Culture, this role will be seen as a critical to achieving the P&C vision. You will be part of World Vision USA as well as part of the larger World Vision International Partnership.
