Aldridge Electric in Des Plaines, IL, is seeking a Training & Development Coordinator with Cornerstone LMS experience. You will work with the training, development and project management teams to ensure training compliance, manage training records, and coordinate training logistics.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree, 1–3 years of training experience, strong attention to detail, and excellent verbal and written communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, HR, communications, or related field.
• Analytically-minded with ability to identify improvements and best practices.
• 1–3 years of experience in managing and maintaining trainings.
• Experience with Cornerstone LMS preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain training records in the LMS and provide reports.
• Coordinate training delivery logistics (F&B, signage, materials).
• Coordinate Continuing Safety Education programming and delivery.
• Maintain monthly training calendar and materials for trainers.
• Assist with training registrations.
• Coordinate content/delivery of monthly T&D newsletters.
• Support the Training & Development team with other tasks.

Training and Development Coordinator

What we are looking for:

Aldridge is seeking a Training & Development Coordinator with Cornerstone LMS experience. This role will work collaboratively with the training, development andproject management teams to ensure training compliance, manage training records,and coordinate training and development logistics.

What you’ll do:

• Maintain comprehensive training records for all employees in the corporatelearning management system (LMS), ensuring all records are current and providingreports as requested.
• Coordinate all training and development class delivery logistics (F&B, signage,materials, meet-n-greets, etc).
• Coordinate each Division's Continuing Safety Education programming and deliverylogistics.
• Maintain monthly training calendar and ensure trainers have all materials neededfor successful delivery.
• Assist with training registrations.
• Coordinate content and delivery of monthly T&D Newsletter(s)
• Additional duties as assigned that support the functioning of the Training &Development team.

Who you are:

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Human Resource Management, Communication, orother related field
• Analytically-minded, able to identify opportunities for improvements and suggest best practices
• 1-3 years of experience in managing and maintaining trainings
• High attention to detail, resulting in work that is consistently accurate and free fromerrors
• Experience with Cornerstone LMS highly preferred
• Knowledge and experience with graphic/visual design, and tools (e.g., Canva)preferred
• Ability to work occasional early mornings and/or later hours to coincide with trainingsessions
• Demonstrates the ability to effectively utilize Microsoft Office and Google Workspaceapplications
• Excels at time management and prioritization, consistently meeting deadlines whilegenerating high-quality work
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interacteffectively with all levels of the organization

What we offer:

The annual base pay for this role is between $70,000 - $90,000. The actual pay isdependent upon many factors, including: location, work experience, education, training,transferable skills, business needs, and market conditions. The base pay range issubject to change and may be modified in the future. The role may also be eligible for abonus. Aldridge provides a comprehensive benefits package that includes thefollowing:
