The Training and Clinical Curriculum Specialist plays a key role in strengthening the skills and confidence of our direct support workforce. This position is responsible for developing, coordinating, and facilitating specialized clinical and regulatory training programs across Arc Human Services, including Pennsylvania’s ODP Medication Administration Training, diabetes management, seizure response, EpiPen administration, and other essential health and safety competencies. The Specialist also leads the design and delivery of meaningful curricula and professional development pathways for Direct Support Professionals, using both in-person instruction and our online Learning Management System (LMS). This role works collaboratively with the Nursing, Compliance, and Program teams to ensure all trainings meet or exceed DHS regulations and reflect Arc Human Services’ person-centered mission. Regular travel throughout Arc Human Services’ 10-county service area is required.
