Job summary

The Federal Law Enforcement Training Centers in Artesia, New Mexico, seeks a Training Admissions Specialist (GS-0301-11) to join the Training Analysis and Allocations Branch. This position focuses on coordinating registration and allocations across center programs with agency clients.

You will plan workloads, allocate slots, advise on training needs, and analyze historical data using spreadsheets and data tools to support efficient operations.

Qualifications

• You have one year of specialized experience planning, scheduling and coordinating resources for training programs.
• You can advise customers on training requirements, schedules, registrations, or allocations.
• You may have graduate education or a Ph.D./LL.M. that meets the GS-11 criteria.

Responsibilities

• Develop training projection packets for workload projections for the upcoming fiscal year and five out years.
• Allocate training slots in Center Basic and Center Advanced programs for agency clients.
• Recommend appropriate programs to agency training officers based on needs.
• Analyze historical data to provide advisory guidance on allocations.
• Create spreadsheets and databases to capture training workload and prepare confirmations.
