Job summary

The Washington Association of Prosecuting Attorneys is seeking an experienced administrative professional to join our small, dedicated team in a full-time role supporting office operations and training needs for our 39 Elected County Prosecutors statewide.

You will provide high-level administrative support to the Executive Director and staff, plan training conferences, manage records and travel arrangements, coordinate events, and maintain our website.

Qualifications

  • Associate’s degree required or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 5+ years of administrative experience (legal, nonprofit, or association background a plus).
  • Detail-oriented with strong follow-through and an eye for anticipating needs.
  • Self-starter and excellent communicator who works well in a team-oriented environment.
  • Intermediate Excel skills (basic formulas, sorting/filtering, tables).
  • Comfortable with technology, including Zoom and Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

  • Travel in-state for conferences and meetings (approx. 15% annually). Must have valid U.S. Driver’s License.
