ManpowerGroup is seeking a Mission Readiness Associate 1 for our client in Culver City, CA. You will join the Mission Readiness Department supporting BaseOps, Vehicle Operations, and Parts Teams.

Ideal candidates have 2–4 years in operations/logistics/automotive, a valid driver's license, and the ability to lift 50 lbs while staying detail-oriented and solution-driven.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years experience in operations, logistics, automotive, or similar fields.
• Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record.
• Physical capability to lift 50 lbs and perform active, on-foot work.
• Strong multitasking and problem-solving abilities in fast-paced environments.
• Teamwork & communication with a 'get it done' attitude.

Responsibilities

• Daily fleet upkeep — Clean, fuel, and prepare vehicles and equipment for daily operations.
• Mission prep support — Launch software, verify configurations, capture data, and elevate issues.
• Logistics & inventory — Move, store, and organize vehicles, equipment, and spare parts.
• Operational testing assistance — Support Vehicle Operations with testing activities and site readiness.
• Documentation & compliance — Complete paperwork and ensure vehicles meet regulatory requirements.
