Job summary

Dynamic Workforce Solutions is seeking a Child Support (CS) Statewide Trainer based in Wisconsin to create, implement, and deliver training programs for Child Support staff and supervisors across the state. The role includes virtual training, online resources, and remote technical assistance, with occasional travel for onsite sessions.

You will develop curricula, deliver new-employee and experienced-worker training, and lead programmatic training initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred or experience in Child Support, Workforce Development or Social Services.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Child Support, W-2, Income Maintenance or related programs; training experience a plus.
• Experience with Child Support systems (CARES, CWW, ACCESS, KIDS) and training development software (Cap tivate, Articulate Storyline) a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Child Support curriculum and related programs.
• Deliver training and on-site assistance to Child Support staff.
• Train policies, procedures, systems, and case management practices.
• Deliver sessions on programmatic and interpersonal skills topics.
• Lead special projects as assigned; participate in department meetings and committees.
• Coordinate travel and reserve training spaces across Wisconsin.

Primary Objectives of Position

Create, implement, and deliver training and program support to Child Support staff and supervisors across Wisconsin. Work includes the development and facilitation of virtual training programs, online learning resources, and remote technical assistance. Limited in-state travel may be required for occasional onsite training, meetings, or special projects. The majority of the work in this position focuses on Child Support and related programs.

Essential Job Functions

• Develop and maintain Child Support curriculum and related programs.
• Deliver new and experienced worker training and on-site assistance to Child Support staff.
• Train Child Support policies, procedures, systems, and case management practices.
• Deliver training sessions on programmatic and interpersonal skills topics.
• Handle special projects and act as project lead per assignment.
• Attend and participate in department (DCF) meetings, workgroups and committees as needed.
• Locate and reserve training spaces around the state.

Other Job Duties

Travel throughout the State of Wisconsin. Other duties and special projects as needed to meet overall training team and company objectives.

Qualifications - Education And/or Experience

Education

Education: Bachelor's Degree preferred (or experience in Child Support, Workforce Development or Social Services areas).

Experience

Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in Child Support, W-2, Income Maintenance or related program(s), and/or Children and Families arena. Experience in training a plus. Experience working with Child Support Systems (CARES, CWW, ACCESS, KIDS). Experience with training development software (e.g. Captivate, Articulate Storyline) a plus.

Skills/Abilities

• Excellent communication skills (written and oral) and group presentation/training skills a must.
• Ability to work independently in a non-structured environment.
• Knowledge of Child Support and related programs, case management processes, and any relevant policies and issues.
• Knowledge of CARES, CWW, ACCESS and KIDS processes.
• Ability to work with other professionals as part of a training team.
• Ability to create training materials using a variety of tools (MS Office programs, videos, other learning development software)
• Strong organizational skills.
