Job summary

The Commonwealth of Massachusetts seeks a Trainer Development and Quality Specialist to strengthen the family support workforce across Massachusetts. The role designs and delivers trainer development, evaluates outcomes, and improves training quality and fidelity to evidence-informed practices.

Under the Training Institute Director of Content, you’ll create engaging curricula, coach trainers, and use data to drive continuous improvement while partnering with stakeholders to meet evolving

Qualifications

• Experience facilitating trainer certification and/or train-the-trainer processes.
• Experience delivering training to participants with diverse backgrounds.
• Knowledge of adult learning principles and curriculum development.
• Strong ability to analyze data and measure training effectiveness.

Responsibilities

• Design, deliver, evaluate, and continually improve trainer development and quality assurance initiatives.
• Develop curricula informed by current research and workforce needs.
• Facilitate learning experiences across virtual, in-person, and asynchronous formats.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to build a diverse, skilled trainer network and ensure equity.
