Job summary

The Massachusetts League of Community Health Centers is seeking a Program Manager to support workforce development and training initiatives across Massachusetts community health centers. You will coordinate operations, manage participant communications, and support grant-funded activities from recruitment through completion.

You will collaborate with the Workforce & Training team to ensure quality experiences, timely deliverables, and robust data reporting while maintaining compliance with grant

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in public health, behavioral health, education or relevant work experience required
• Experience in community health centers and/or career pathways programs preferred

Responsibilities

• Coordinate program operations with Workforce & Training team
• Manage participant communications and engagement throughout the program lifecycle
• Maintain program data, records, and reporting for grants and evaluation
• Ensure compliance with grant guidelines and organizational standards
• Support grant-funded activities from recruitment through completion
