Job summary

Tencarva Machinery Company is seeking Sales Engineer Trainees to join our on-site program across multiple training locations in the Southeast and mid-Atlantic. Trainees work with experienced Sales Engineers on real customer projects, learn equipment quotations, and observe system evaluations in industrial and municipal environments.

After a training period, trainees may take ownership of their own territory.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher; engineering preferred.
• Coursework in Fluid Dynamics and Thermodynamics.

Responsibilities

• Support real customer projects during the training period.
• Assist Sales Engineers with applications engineering and equipment quotations.
• Observe how equipment and systems are evaluated, specified, and applied in industrial environments.
• Learn to develop territory strategies and own a sales region over time.

Education

Bachelor’s Degree from a 4-year college or university; engineering preferred
