Job summary

Sheridan New Hampshire is seeking a Manufacturing Technician who will be trained to operate high-speed bindery equipment, set up cutters, folders, stitchers, and perfect binders. This full-time role offers Monday–Friday, 3:00 PM–11:00 PM shifts, with overtime opportunities and a path to a long-term career in print manufacturing.

No bindery experience is required; we train you. You will work as part of a team to meet daily production goals, monitor quality, troubleshoot minor issues, and follow

Qualifications

• No bindery experience is required—we’ll train you.
• Experience operating machinery in manufacturing, warehouse, or trades is helpful.
• Able to read basic work instructions and measurements (decimals, sizes, etc.).
• Reliable, team-oriented and committed to quality work.

Responsibilities

• Learn to operate and set up bindery equipment (cutters, folders, stitchers, perfect binders).
• Keep machines running smoothly by making adjustments and monitoring quality.
• Work as part of a team to hit daily production goals.
• Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards.
• Troubleshoot minor issues and keep production moving.
• Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized workspace.
