Job summary

Sheridan New Hampshire, part of TSG - The Sheridan Group, is hiring a Manufacturing Technician for the 3:00 PM–11:00 PM shift. You’ll be trained to operate high-speed bindery equipment, support a fast-paced production floor, and join a team focused on quality and efficiency.

No bindery experience required—we’ll train you. Eligible for comprehensive benefits after 30 days, overtime opportunities, and a path to long-term career in print manufacturing.

Qualifications

• Experience operating machinery in any industry (manufacturing, warehouse, trades, etc.).
• Mechanically inclined and comfortable using basic tools.
• Able to read basic job instructions and measurements (decimals, sizes, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Learn to operate and set up bindery equipment (cutters, folders, stitchers, and perfect binders).
• Keep machines running smoothly by making adjustments and monitoring quality.
• Work as part of a team to hit daily production goals.
• Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards.
• Troubleshoot minor issues and keep production moving.
• Follow safety procedures and help maintain a clean, organized workspace.
