Sheridan New Hampshire is hiring four team members to learn and operate high-speed bindery equipment in a fast-paced, hands-on manufacturing setting. No bindery experience? No problem—we’ll train you. You’ll run cutters, folders, stitchers, and perfect binders, with a focus on quality and safety.

This full-time role on the 2nd shift (3:00 PM–11:00 PM) offers a $2,500 hiring bonus after 12 weeks, overtime opportunities, overtime premium, and comprehensive benefits after 30 days.

Qualifications

• No bindery experience required—we’ll train you.
• Experience operating machinery in any industry is a plus.
• Able to read basic job instructions and measurements (decimals, sizes, etc.)

Responsibilities

• Learn to operate and set up bindery equipment (cutters, folders, stitchers, and perfect binders)
• Keep machines running smoothly by making adjustments and monitoring quality
• Work as part of a team to hit daily production goals
• Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standards
• Troubleshoot minor issues and keep production moving
• Follow safety procedures and help maintain a clean, organized workspace
