Sheridan New Hampshire is seeking four team members to learn on high-speed bindery equipment and grow a long-term career in print manufacturing. You’ll train to operate cutting, folding and binding machines on a fast-paced, team-based floor.

Qualifications

• Experience operating machinery in any industry (manufacturing, warehouse, trades, etc.).
• Mechanically inclined and comfortable using basic tools.
• Able to read basic job instructions and measurements (decimals, sizes).
• Take pride in delivering quality work.
• Reliable with strong teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Learn to operate and set up bindery equipment (cutters, folders, stitchers, and perfect binders).
• Keep machines running smoothly by making adjustments and monitoring quality.
• Work as part of a team to hit daily production goals.
• Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards.
• Troubleshoot minor issues and keep production moving.
• Follow safety procedures and help maintain a clean, organized workspace.
