Union Pacific Corporation invites you to join our Train Crew team. Train crews ensure safe and timely movement of freight, with comprehensive training provided; prior railroad experience is not required.

In your first year you can expect earnings around $80,000 with potential increases as you advance; a full benefits package includes medical, dental, vision, life and disability insurance, plus lodging options on road assignments.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Valid driver's license required with a clean 36-month record.
• No drug- or alcohol-related driving incidents in the last years.
• Must pass an English assessment prior to interview.

Responsabilités

• Inspect equipment and ensure safe locomotive operation.
• Perform coupling, alignment of drawbars, brakes, and rail car handling.
• Communicate with crews, yard controllers and dispatchers via radio/hand signals.
• Maintain documentation as required and observe FRA rules.
• Work in road or yard service based on seniority and territory.
