Responsibilities

• Perform trailer switches (hooking and moving trailers between yard and doors).
• Document trailer moves using the Yard Management System or switcher cards.
• Load and unload packages onto/from vehicles, trailers, and conveyors.
• Use hand tools and equipment such as scanners, carts, and rollers safely.
• Participate in post- and pre-trip inspections of switcher equipment.
