Aurora Organic Dairy is seeking a Hostler in Columbia, MO. The role centers on moving trailers for production, performing the close and inspection steps, and ensuring uninterrupted supply chains for raw milk and packaging materials.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous yard dog experience required.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license and pass a DMV background check.

Responsibilities

• Move trailers to support production and close procedures for loaded trailers.
• Maintain daily trailer inventory, security, and material tracking board.
• Inspect trailers and yard dog vehicle; ensure compliance with HACCP & SQF programs where applicable.
• Coordinate Platteville Barn pick-up during day shift.
• Conduct hourly inspections of full trailers staged in the lot.
• Report any deviations from food safety programs to supervisor.
