Job summary

Aurora Organic Dairy in Columbia, MO is seeking a full-time Material Handler to receive raw materials, log deliveries, and oversee dry storage inventory for production runs. The role requires forklift experience and the ability to work in a cool, wet environment.

You will maintain FIFO inventory, complete QA paperwork, and support production operations while complying with HACCP/SQF programs and safety requirements.

Qualifications

• Dry warehouse experience preferred.
• Experience with Stand-Up fork trucks and Bendi Articulated fork trucks a must
• Inventory management experience in a production environment preferred.
• Ability to use scan gun to receive and move pallets and learn the ERP system.
• Detail oriented team member with strong work ethic and ability to handle multiple tasks daily.

Responsibilities

• Receive incoming shipments of raw materials, maintenance parts, lab supplies, chemicals and deliveries from FedEx and UPS.
• Log deliveries, receive raw materials into inventory, and distribute to departments or recipients.
• Maintain warehouse organization to ensure FIFO and QA standards.
• Stage materials for each day’s production run and complete powder tracking logs.
• Assist production operations as directed by Plant Administrative Supervisor.
